Responsibilities

• Extract raw data and reports using (SAP / CRM / other company systems)
• Planning and organizing the Business Analysis activities
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve the organization
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively and produce accurate minutes where applicable
• Design and update specific company reports
• Supporting the business with analysis activities and presales
• Review deliverables and make sure the quality standards are maintained 

Qualifications

• Business Administration or related major
• Sound knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented, Excellent planning & organizing skills.
• Having a customer-centric mentality and being willing to learn and adapt.
