Overview of the Role

Trustmarque are looking for self-starters, proactive people with strong interpersonal skills and team working ability. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle and will work on multiple projects. You’ll be responsible for meeting with clients, documenting their requirements, process mapping, system mapping, user experience mapping, data analysis, and presenting results to client demonstrating a recognised structured approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria’s.
  • Ability to support planning sessions and breakdown of Business Analyst tasks to aid production of work breakdown schedules.
  • Business Analysis skills, including the ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and communicate them to delivery teams using recognised tools and techniques.
  • Providing recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.
  • Ability to define project objectives, scope, timelines, responsibilities, and communication methods.
  • Independently gather, analyse, and synthesise complex data and information including business strategy, objectives, and processes.
  • Produce Business Process Modelling
  • Quickly identify major project issues, findings, and opportunities.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience and incorporate an in-depth understanding of business
  • Identified opportunities to influence change of department strategy, in terms of methodology, techniques and tools deployed.
  • Independently planned own work. Perform work without supervision and subject to infrequent review.

Experience:

  • Experience in Agile, Software Development and Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Technologies
  • Experience with tracking tools e.g. Dev ops etc.
  • Experience working with teams and customers in different locations
  • Experience working with compliance or other industry standards:
