What you’ll be doing:
working with delivery teams in both the UK and Offshore, made up of product owners, analysts and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of a new platform into new lenders
building and maintaining positive professional relationships with internal and external clients
attending and, at times, running client workshops and meetings to the capture and document requirements that will lead to the definition of the solution
analysing and documenting functional changes to the solution, whether they are client-specific or product enhancements from internal investments
supporting the Delivery & Product teams with business system design and solutions over-sight, and where applicable signing off changes that are applied to the core product
providing demonstrations to external clients of the financial services solution
producing high level cost and resource estimates for both Client driven and Product backlog items
What we’re looking for:
Detailed understanding of Financial Services, ideally mortgage software and systems
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and can present issues in a clear and concise manner, via the most appropriate media.
Experience working closely with a cross-functional team, including colleagues on- and off-shore
Ability to interpret data accurately and develop creative and supportable solutions.
Demonstrate sound systems analysis techniques and well-developed skills in the use of appropriate techniques, methods and packages.
Ability to build relationships with client and internal stakeholders
