As a Business Analyst in Capita's Project Resource Solutions division, you will be part of a consistently growing business with an ever-expanding client base. You will enjoy a hugely varied role working on a wide variety of projects, including business process improvements, governance or regulatory changes, IT system upgrades and migrations, and more. You will take on business analysis responsibilities throughout the full project lifecycle, working with talented teams and a range of senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This role requires a confident, dynamic and flexible individual with proven business analysis capabilities built up on multiple projects.

What you will do:
Engagement with business experts to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements
Analysis of business issues and needs by using the appropriate business analysis methodologies and techniques in order to elicit the real business need behind problem statements and high-level requirements
Production of high/detailed level requirements and business solution design documentation to ensure completeness and coherence
Ability to apply an appropriate level of challenge to ensure positive outcome
Providing an interface between the business areas and project teams throughout the life cycle
Reviewing and sign off on implementation plans where appropriate
Your experience will include:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge of the full project life cycle
Strong facilitation, communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills, with experience of running results driven workshops
Experience of using structured methodologies and techniques
Ability to work at a conceptual level where business objectives and requirements may not be well defined
Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management both internally at all levels
Builds productive relationships with functions and third parties outside of the project team
