Experian India is looking for a Business analyst to join its Technology team. The candidate will be responsible to liaison between the India business and technology team. The candidate should possess a strong analytical mind, be a technical and creative thinker, have a strong aptitude for problem solving, and have zero tolerance for inefficiencies in product development & deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about different products and technologies.
You will be a member of a team collaborating and working together towards technology transformation goals of CS and ECS Business Units and drive technology transformation initiatives for Experian India. You will collaborate on conceptualization, design, development, and support of all the bureau technology products.

• Understand business and thus help the stakeholders understand the problem, formulate the requirements, and deliver the solution
• Gather, identify, and document business requirements
• Simplify requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team
• Business process modelling and improving business processes
• Identify costs and business savings
• Implement, test, and deploy solutions to business problems
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
• Create functional specifications for new systems and processes

• MBA from renowned college
• Experience of 2-5 years in technology projects
• Knowledge and active use of project management skills
• Strong working knowledge of overall business management principles
• Strong leadership skills
