Are you ambitious enough to be part of the team which develops the Grip App? Enabling users to manage their personal finance? We are looking for a strong Business Analyst to strengthen one of our teams. Within Grip you play an essential role in making sure the product vision is translated to executional work with clear requirements. Enabling the team to deliver new features to our customers fast and continuously learn from our users. 

You work within your DevOps scrum team, but you are also part of a community to share your knowledge. With Design Thinking our development teams research the real problems of our customers and come up with great solutions. We fully believe in 'Designing the right thing' and 'Designing things right'.

Your job

•    As a Business Analyst, you are the Custodian of the team’s user stories, making sure requirements are well translated into refined user stories. You contribute to sprint preparation and roadmap discussion inside and outside the team.
•    Chairing refinements (Make sure refinements go well and are a team effort)
•    Adding value from your technical background 
•    You are the sparring partner for the Product Owner and the rest of the team to develop the app further
•    You translate a concept into a concrete solution
•    You are collaboration oriented (with third parties, your team, the back-end team) 
•    You know what it is like to work in a DevOps team; you also participate in the picket duty and learn how to solve incidents quickly
 

Working environment

Within the Personal Banking Grid (department) at ABN AMRO we are building mobile & web apps for our clients to engage with their financial needs in a personal and innovative way. Examples are the Grip app, the ABN AMRO App and the ABN AMRO Internet Banking website.

Your profile

•    HBO/WO graduate  
•    2-5 years experience as Business Analyst (medior)  
•    3+ years' experience in working Agile and/or Scrum
•    Experience with the development of apps  
•    Familiar with at least 2 of the following tools: Jenkins, Xcode, Android Studio, ADB, Postman, Charles.
•    Knowledge of Google Analytics (pre)
•    Knowledge of Firebase In-App message (pre)  
•    Knowledge of release notes and release management  
•    Enthusiastic and pro-active  
•    Driven to make the best of the app  
•    Approachable and open to different cultures/backgrounds  
•    You know how to communicate clearly  
•    Fluent in the English language
