Business Analyst - 12 month contract requiring profound Accounting and/or Actuarial and Datamodelling understanding for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Encouraging the IT business analysis of technical accounting and core insurance system integration with the company's global finance landscape based on SAP FPSL
• Collaborating with software development and business analysis teams to capture complete and accurate business needs
• Managing and recording the as-is status of business and finance data while also delivering gap analysis to fulfil all finance system data requirements
• Defining the rules for deriving source system data with high quality, proposing feasible and practicable solutions
• Overseeing the proposed solutions under changing assumptions in addition to contributing to the testing process and providing test data

Your experience/knowledge:

• Profound background in the insurance or finance area
• Accounting or actuarial knowhow along with expertise in SQL and data analysis
• Ability to analyze complex logical and physical data models
• Familiarity with working in complex projects using agile delivery methods
• English, fluent in written and spoken
