Job Description
The Domain:
Collections and Tracing in DCI comprises a portfolio of 11 products which make up ~$20m revenue for the business each year. Clients use our products to gain a detailed insight into their customers circumstances, to support those facing financial hardship and help them out of debt. The market is constantly changing, and collections is an area where we expect to see huge growth and innovation. Clients are increasingly looking to incorporate new sources of data into their workflows which support an E2E digital journey, and new regulatory guidance and Experian want to be at the centre of it.
