Job Description
- Prepare appropriate project plans, and monitor/manage project or development milestones, prioritization, and progress to ensure timely project delivery, providing regular updates to management and key stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution in-order to maintain / achieve project timelines.
• Ensure good project governance, maintaining project plans, documentation, records and archives including formal sign off/approval of business requirements and, if appropriate, business case as well as user acceptance testing and approval(s) to move systems and enhancements into production.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and process modelling tools and techniques
- Practical experience of delivering Lean/Six Sigma process improvements and applying the end-to-end DMAIC framework
- Ability to partner and consult with the business to document, review and optimise existing processes
- Re-engineer as-is processes to satisfy Experian's organisational objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Experience of using Project Management software, such as Jira, for bug tracking, issue tracking, reporting and management throughout project life cycle.

Business Analysis
- Ability to collate business requirements and translate them into comprehensive user stories with supporting artefacts (e.g., narratives, process maps and wireframes)
- Awareness of the latest technology trends and ability to match opportunities to the optimal technological solution (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, APIs and Chatbots)
- Can confidently act as the conduit between business and technical stakeholders
- Awareness of Customer Experience mapping and analysis approaches
Process Management & Risk
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience of applying Business Process Management techniques to identify process risks and develop robust FMEA control plans for Process Owners,
- Strong knowledge and awareness of Experian's regulatory requirements defined by the FCA and ICO
- Ensure that all Process Definition Documents are compliant and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Relationship Management
- Ability to understand stakeholder concerns, and present balanced findings resulting in approval from senior business leaders
- Influencing and affecting impacted stakeholders to adopt, accept, and sustain change
- Support and consult with Automation Technicians throughout development life Cycle.
- Support and consult with process owners/managers throughout onboarding & requirement gathering.
- Effective, targeted stakeholder communication, report consolidation & management.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Make complexity simple and understandable
- Ability to facilitate workshops with people from all levels, making them feel at ease in-order to gather comprehensive information required
- Support in creating a communication strategy, embedding a positive culture of grass roots driven improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve design and implementation challenges as they emerge
Qualifications
- Green Belt level knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience of process mapping and advanced use of process modelling tools as such as Visio & IBM BlueWorks.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to lead process mapping and improvement workshops with SMEs, Process Managers and Owners
- Experience of using Management tools, Tableau and knowledge of Management principle and best practice.
- Ability to quickly identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.
- Experience of leveraging knowledge and network to remove barriers.
- Ability to quantify and track benefit of process improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience with IT governance, risk management, standards, operational and strategic alignment
