About the role

 The B2B IT Delivery team provides the governance and delivery execution of cross-functional programmes and projects for the company. As a Business Analyst this role works independently to deliver business analysis activities and deliverables for all sizes of Business Change projects or programmes.  The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives and to support the delivery of new product developments and business changes to meet our customers’ business needs.

As a Business Analyst you'll work independently to determine and deliver expert business analysis activities for large complex business change programmes. You'll work closely with partners across the business to understand strategic business objectives and support the delivery of solutions to help meet our business needs!

You'll lead on the analysis across large programmes, with the opportunity to shape and scope programme governance as well plan and schedule resources.

You'll be responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. The role will help deliver change through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. The role also applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Significant experience of business analysis in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
• Proven knowledge and practical experience with a variety of business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in the successful delivery of complex business change projects from start-up to implementation, sponsored by a range of different business functions
• Experience of defining the analysis approach on a project and planning the Business Analysis work stream including the identification of tasks, estimating resources etc.
• Demonstrable skills in communicating findings and analysis effectively
