Business Analyst (Telco)

Opportunity exists for an exceptional individual passionate about identifying and formulating the right ‘Business Solution’ for our global clients. This role will require you to engage with the clients; help them make business decisions in accordance with their strategic direction and facilitate the process of designing and delivering cutting edge telco solutions.

We are looking for a team player who thrives in a demanding environment and accomplishes challenging assignments with minimum supervision and instruction.

Responsibilities

· Conducting client requirement elicitation and solutions consultation workshops.

· Establishing strong knowledge of the client’s business challenges, future growth strategy and translate into mutually beneficial opportunities.

· Elicitation, analysis, modelling and documentation of client requirements.

· Facilitating technical design sessions with the internal teams (Presales / Engineering / Delivery) to articulate and define the solution.

· Providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guide project teams from design & development to UAT and delivery.

· Travelling overseas to client sites for workshops, consultation and to conduct UAT.

Prerequisites

· 2-3 years of relevant business analyst experience in software field.

· Detail oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models and technologies.

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a multicultural team and international clients.

· Possess a strong understanding of the Telco Eco system, technology trends, Integration points, protocols and APIs is an added advantage.

· Previous international exposure is considered valuable.
