Job Description
Your key responsibilities :
- Analyses functional/process problems, develops and analyses options and determines and/or recommends best alternatives or practices for resolving issues to the Department Manager or Stakeholder
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and technical solution
- Develop future state process maps, mock-up and design documentation for business units
- Works with business unit to identify Change Management
- Develop training strategy and training material
- Works with business and IT team in implementing IT Projects with focus on document management systems
- Works in partnership with IT Technical Consultant in determining technical options / solutions to meet business needs.
Skills and attributes :
- Over 3 years' experience as a business analyst
- Previous experience with document management system
- Experience in one or more of the following IT delivery model: Waterfall, Incremental, Agile, Lean, DevOps
- Experience in preparing process documentation and gap analysis
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- A bachelor's or master's degree
- A minimum of 9+ years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm.
- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
