Required experience

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or equivalent
• Candidates with Diploma will be considered depending the years of experience
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience as SD, MM Business System Analyst or Key User
• Experience in BI reporting and solutions design, development and implementation
• Strong SAP SD and MM functional knowledge/skills in ECC6 environment, understand SAP SD and MM configuration, good integration knowledge with other modules in SAP
• Able to build queries and mass extract data based on user requirements
• Strong logistics domain knowledge and other supply chain related topics
• Able to analyze & validate data to identify business processes for improvements
• Help business to improve efficiency and productivity with data analysis
• Have to closely work with IT to optimize data extraction and performance optimization
• Able to interact and communicate with various level of stakeholders during project deployment
• Must be a very pro-active worker

Role and responsibilities

• Responsible to support East Asia, Japan and Pacific operations
• Analyze business data to develop data models, performance/ KPI reports and dashboards to optimize Warehouse and Logistics processes with good understanding of SAP and business process knowledge.
• Support the business users on their requirements/ queries and interpret the requirement to database & tableau developer
• Prepare Business Requirement Document & taking the lead to coordinate the team for project implementation.
• Working closely with EIT to monitor & optimize data extraction.
• Share BEST Practices to the business.
• This role does not require to perform SAP Configuration and Development but rather to understand what has been configured sand developed.
• Must be very pro-active and responsive to the business request.
