About The Job

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables the usage and administration of Jira, Confluence and other IT tools across the whole organisation. You will collaborate with business departments and all IT-domains to clearly define, document and communicate requirements that will enable the implementation of new functionalities amendments and enhancements to our digital platforms in an agile manner.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Analysis of business processes, organisational structures and application uses
• Advising, training and consulting users across the TUI Group on how to best use the Atlassian tools
• Supporting the teams in applying agile working methods
• Participating in interdisciplinary project teams, e.g. for migration tasks
• Participation in projects for the rollout of the tools in other Subsidiaries of the TUI Group
• Responsible for the configuration within Atlassian applications and the creation of complex workflows according to business requirements
• Adding articles to the knowledge bases aimed at the team itself or the tools’ users
• You use your deep understanding of TUI products and systems, business models, processes and their link to business capabilities to plan and deliver high quality business analysis that supports the ongoing delivery of growth and digital transformation across our key markets.

About You

• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Adept at understanding complex problems and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative approach, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate agreement across multiple markets in a global structure;
• Good track record of successfully using requirements elicitation and communication techniques including workshop facilitation, documentation analysis, interviewing and brainstorming;
• Experience in the usage of Confluence, Jira;
• A good understanding of agile/lean software delivery methodology, tools and techniques and the software development lifecycle including knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
