The Business Analysis Senior Analyst serves as the primary client and operations contact for all non-clinical issues and initiatives, and will deliver programs and services. Programs and services delivered are relevant to current contractual agreements and opportunities identified with clients and operations, in accordance with business division processes and procedures as set forth by business division management. The Business Analysis Senior Analyst performs functions to business plan development, presentations, implementation and oversight, results evaluation, and follow-up related to the comprehensive management of programs and services.

• Continually reviews to detect issues . Communicates to clients and business partners trends and explores opportunities for improvement as necessary
• Development, preparation and presentation of a business plan strategy  for each initiative assigned.
• Leads program solutions to clients through consultative methods and processes in accordance with client business plans and upon collaboration with account management team members.
• Consults with immediate co-workers, business division and organizational department staffs to troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with programs and services in support of business division goals and objectives.
• Effectively participates in and contributes to staff meetings, committees and departmental work groups. Participates and contributes in formal and informal training programs and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3-5 years
• Proficient Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel) skills required
• Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required
• Proficient Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel) skills required
• Demonstrated self-initiative.
• Effective communication with internal and external partners in various functional areas and at all levels of management.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
