The Role

The Business Analysis – AgilityHealth role will be supporting the Enterprise Technology AgilityHealth squad. You will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, understand interdependencies, and addressing business needs. You will lead and support the implementation and adoption of AgilityHealth across multiple business units. In this role, you will partner with key business unit stakeholders, other Enterprise Technology teams and the AgilityHealth vendor team to define and implement solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Identify and define solutions to business problems, through creation and documentation of business and process specifications
  • Proven expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into stories with measurable acceptance criteria
  • Strong focus on execution and identifying, communicating, and removing impediments to progress
  • Ability to collaborate closely with the AgilityHealth squad, business partners, technology and vendor team on plans, project management, requirements, design, testing, and implementation of solutions
  • Self-starter who can work independently with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority
  • Proven excellent consultative, listening, and communication skills
  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

The Team

We are part of the Enterprise Agile Enablement Office and are focused on implementing and driving the adoption of the AgilityHealth platform to increase agile maturity and enable continuous improvement across the enterprise. It will be essential to that you are comfortable working as a functional expert in an Agile Scrum environment to collaborate closely within the AgilityHealth squad and with key business partners.
