Brunswick Dealer Advantage provides Brunswick’s dealers access to products and services intended to help generate greater profitability within their business and generate greater Brunswick loyalty within its dealer network.  All products and services relate to dealer development, business process efficiency, revenue generation, employee retention, and cost saving initiatives. As part of Brunswick Financial Services, BDA also acts as the primary lead generation channel for BFS businesses.  The BDA team also provides frequent customer service and administrative support to Freedom Business Services. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound sales calls to build relationships with dealer base and promote adoption of BDA providers and BSN businesses whenever possible

  • Handle inbound calls from dealers regarding BDA programs and successfully redirect the conversation to upsell BSN businesses when possible.

  • Work closely with BDA providers to supply detailed information regarding the dealers interested in using their services. 

  • Work closely with the BFS Sales team to assist them with lead management efforts including but not limited to follow-up outbound calls, agreement processing, and sales material orders.

  • Actively acquire and maintain detailed dealer contact information through calling efforts, reports, and online research (i.e. dealer websites, social media, news sources)

  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed such data updates, occasional mailings, basic reporting, plus general day-to-day responsibilities, and other duties as assigned

  • Comply with all Brunswick Corporation policies and processes

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and friendly phone presentation skills, and exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple requests concurrently with minimal intervention while remaining organized and focused on efficiency and accuracy

  • Highly motivated, self-reliant, and resourceful individual with a focused and results-driven attitude

  • Self-motivation to prepare, plan and make outbound calls after acquiring an understanding of BDA programs and various product segments

  • Ability to interact with various contacts at all levels of a business and adjust presentation based on the contact’s role and unique needs

  • Proficiency with data entry and basic computer software applications, like MS Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of Outlook and Salesforce preferred, but not required

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or advanced education pursuit

  • Previous customer service experience, including outbound calling or other similar customer service experience preferred
