Compensation: $22.26 / hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the operation of Bulk packaging equipment including LOTO procedures
- Preventative maintenance on applicable Bulk equipment
- Responsible to carry out Master Sanitation Schedule and assure Bulk operations meet or exceed FSSC 22000, and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
- Maintains communications with coworkers
- Operates in a safe manner which will prevent injury to self and others
- Organize production runs based on priorities given by Supervision and Supply Chain
- Run the Bulk equipment in efficient manner to meet production standards
- Maintain the food integrity of the Bulk system
- Perform all minor repair work relating to the Bulk equipment
- Maintain all other equipment related to the Bulk production line
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a production or plant environment
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
