Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1.    Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.

2.    Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.  

3.    Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.

4.    Respond quickly to emergency situations.

5.    Replacement of lamps, ballasts and other electrical equipment as required. 

6.    Perform, electrical and plumbing repair and troubleshooting.

7.    Perform and/or oversee water treatment and testing.

8.    Perform all assigned work so as to ensure the safety of the building's tenants and the continuous operation of the site.

9.     Chief or Lead Engineer will prioritize service calls and follow-up upon completion.

10.    Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend equipment/service upgrades

11.    Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians when work cannot be performed in-house. Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders that require the use of an outside contractor.  Maintains log of work order details.

12.    Orders parts and supplies as required, and maintains stock and inventory control.

13.    Be responsive to tenant complaints in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systems.

14.    Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records.

15.    Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all work areas.

16.    Perform exterior and interior inspections as assigned. 

17.    Perform minor painting duties as assigned when work can be performed in house. 

18.    Assist with moves/adds/changes and event setups. 

19.    Work with Lead and Chief Engineer on daily direction. 

20.    Assist with snow removal when required. 

21.    Turn in completed work orders to Lead Engineer.

22.    Must be willing to be on-call.  

23.    Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Requirements:

•    Have personal vehicle.

•    Have mobile phone for site contact.

•    Able to lift 50pnds.

•    Able to climb ladder 

•    Must have basic PPE, safety glasses, boots, etc
