Job Description:  Mercury Maine is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to function as the Building Management System Administrator in our Fond du Lac, WI campus.  This individual will play an important role in our Facilities Engineering Department.  This individual will be responsible to work with a multi-functional team consisting of Plant Operations, Facility Engineers, Facility Project Managers, HVAC mechanics, plumbers, electricians, and maintenance men and women.  This position will report to the Senior Facilities Engineer.

Primary Responsibility:

Monitor the Building Automation Control System for the Fond du Lac, WI campus including remote facilities

Identify and troubleshoot HVAC, fire protection, and other building system components that are operating outside normal parameters.

Adjust temperature setpoints, manage occupancy schedules and system parameters, and trend system information within the Building Automation Control System.

Interface with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians on a regular basis to address HVAC and building environment concerns or issues

Investigate facility hotlines and enter facilities work requests in EAM for the associated issues

Draft/design BMS systems for new & existing construction projects including One-line network diagrams, I/O Points Lists, valve and damper schedules

Update Facilities Engineering AutoCAD Master files 

Position Requirements:

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and computer control systems.

Associates of Science or related technical degree in HVAC Systems are preferred.

Proficient at reading HVAC unit wiring diagrams and schematics

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, WebControl or similar HMI software, ACAD)

Good communication skills

Able to work outdoors, when required, in all seasons.

Physically able to climb ladders to access roof areas

Ability to work independently
