Job Purpose and Impact
The Build Project Manager will plan, lead and coordinate activities of fixed duration for our inter- or cross-departmental projects. We seek a multifaceted, seasoned professional to ensure that the goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget. In this role, you will ensure high-quality work for projects with high financial impact and significance.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing, manufacturing, etc.
- Organize and coordinate development and research activities for new processes, products or services to meet organizational objectives.
- Serve as liaison among project management and planning, project team, and line management groups.
- Review status of projects and budgets, handle schedules, and prepare status reports.
- Secure resources and use formal processes and tools to handle resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Experience with projectsizes of 10 million or greater
- Familiarity with Independent Project Analysis (IPA) processes and systems
- Certified Project Manager or willingness to obtain certification
