We are looking for a Project Manager with Product Owner experience for one of the core & complex products at Luxoft Global Applications Development/Implementation DepartmentWe are the strong international team of more than 200 people and are responsible for full development circle of 20+ IT Companywide Products and Services

Responsibilities

• Manage product delivery to maximize the value for the company• Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;• Build and prioritize product backlog and roadmap;• Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of joint development across multiple teams, including activities related to integration with other applications;• Be a key part of the Agile product team enabling team’s self-organization and continuous improvement• Proactively respond to product-related and technical risks• Establish and monitor agile team effectiveness metrics Skills

Must have

At least 3 years of professional experience in management of software development projects• Proven track record in complex projects with distributed teams• Product management experience (need to describe recent product)• Verbal and written business communication skills• Presentations skills (be ready to demonstrate any example)• Negotiation skillsNice to have• Experience in any of the following areas: Sales/CRM, Project Lifecycle Management, MDM, BPM• Master's Degree in computer science or similar education• Process optimization experience• Business analysis experience
