Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to lead the training program which focuses on training  new and existing employees on how to be effective in their roles in order to reach department objectives. Training will include, but not limited to: new employee onboarding, train-the-trainer, products/services, compliance, systems and general production training. Due to the nature of how closely you will be working with the employees, it is required to report on-site Monday - Friday.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Administrate and create training agenda, course work  and ensure delivery of  training for employees (new and current) within multiple departments.
• Coordinates training schedules with internal partners and other trainers.
• Manage training materials (i.e. participant and instructor guides, job and teaching aids, train-the-trainer materials, assessments, etc.)
• Adjust training as needed due to continuous improvement and changes in business practices.
• Document and follow up with all employees (internal customers) and create coaching and training procedures
• Maintains documentation of program enrollment and completion Measure the effectiveness of training programs Participate and conduct cross-training initiatives

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business or related field

In lieu of Associate's Degree, two plus years of combined education and related experience (in addition to experience listed below) may be considered.

One year of experience in training and two plus years of experience in Manufacturing is preferred.

• Professional communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Ability to effectively utilize technology/tools to deliver training in multiple formats

• Ability to identify learning gaps and individual learning styles and adjust delivery accordingly
• Ability to assess whether or not the learning transferred and what needs to happen next
• Ability to utilize new approaches and techniques for training including blended learning
• Ability to evaluate associates' understanding
• Strong understanding of business measurements and results
• Agility to respond to unexpected circumstances and adjust quickly and professionally
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
