Previous experience as a Brow & Lash Technician is essential and ideally within a luxury spa environment.  For your application to be considered you must hold NVQ 2 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of Lash & Brow services ( Hd brow, Lash lift, Lash extensions, Threading, Waxing & Tinting ) in a safe and comfortable manner
• Maintain equipment and products
• Maintain documentation and client files
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer service queries, needs and expectations
• Cross sell spa products and additional therapies, working towards both team and individual KPIs/Goals
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Apply best practice at all times

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Lash/Brow Technician or Beauty Therapist
• Specialist hands on experience all services listed above
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Communication and customer service skills
• Increase client satisfaction and enhance company reputation by providing professional lash and brow services
• Flexibility, Weekend shifts inclusive.
