As the Branded Engagement Assistant you will:
- Support ASOS's third party brand partners on their FWI journey from pre-assessment and on-boarding through the brand lifecycle, answering queries and signposting them to information.
- Work cross divisionally with the ASOS Ethical trade, Sustainability and Commercial teams to identify opportunities for alignment with ASOS FWI programme, policy changes and any new legislative requirements or socio-economic trends and drive commercial opportunity.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on key projects and drive relevant activities to ensure KPIs are met.
- Flag any potential problems identified within standard processes to the Senior branded Partner in a timely manner.
- Have excellent research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, synthesize and present large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data effectively.
- Be responsible for publishing monthly internal and external communications to the business and third-party partners.
- Review and challenge current processes and ways of working to seek improvements to ensure that the Social and Environmental aspects of the Branded engagement programme are current and fit for purpose.
- Support on development and training for Branded Partners & ASOS Commercial teams.
- Support the Senior Branded Engagement Partner to develop & implement FWI goals within the branded ESG programme and develop the wider strategy.
- Manage the Branded Engagement Administrator.
Qualifications
We'd love to meet someone with:
- A background in a Fashion Retail Head Office environment, preferably in a buying, sourcing or related role
- Must have a passion for driving change in relation to improving ethical and sustainable practices across the industry
- Ability to work at pace but with attention to detail
- Knowledge of branded supplier set ups and onboarding processes
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel, word and Powerpoint
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear manner to a variety of audiences
- Tenacious individual with a strength for data analysis and problem solving
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Embraces change with energy and enthusiasm
