Core Responsibilities
Brand Planning and Implementation
•Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand equity and build active consumers
•Input into the UK/Ireland Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning
•Review competitive activity and changing market needs in order to facilitate modifications on brand strategies when needed
•Provide input into product development process to regional and global stakeholders. Liaise with Brand Managers in other markets to share & reapply best practices
•Manage outside agency partners and external partnership relationships as designated brand responsibilities require
Business Management
•Plan and manage budgets related to multiple brands and marketing campaigns
•Constantly analyse and evaluate brand and campaign performance and initiate corrective actions
•Develop pricing recommendations to meet overall UK/Ireland strategies for designated brands
•Establish best in class retailer strategies in conjunction with the sales team, and aid key account preview sell-in of critical marketing programs and products
•Work closely with the cross functional teams to provide insights to drive performance

You will be joining a robust Brand Marketing team. This team is responsible for implementing some of the best innovative approaches and marketing plans for the LEGO Groups brand, crafting strong demand and enabling the brand image to be strengthened amongst the target consumers and shoppers.
Do you have what it takes?
•Demonstrable experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing ideally with a toy, family or gaming industry background and/or Digital/eCommerce experience
•Experience of driving brand growth and health
•Strong perspective on key digital and media trends in the market landscape and with a specific view on children and toys
•Good knowledge of marketing best practice
•Experience working with partners such as Google/Youtube, Facebook and Amazon and/or external IP partners
•Strong analytical skills with a consistent record of using data to drive business results
