Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall growth, operational and financial success of his/her branch. The Branch Manager will lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience as a manager in the engineering or facilities industry.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of MS Office including word, excel and powerpoint
• Understanding of the service industry trends, practices, and process.
• Prior management or supervisor experience in the engineering and facilities field.
• Solid accounting and business acumen.
