We areseeking a confident, conscientious and enthusiastic new team member to join usas a Payroll and Branch administrator on a temporary contract.
This role willbe based within our specialist rail recruitment division at our Romford office.
The wide rangeof activities would suit an experience Payroll Administrator who wants to do abit more than just number crunching!
As well aspreparing and imputing time-sheets in to our weekly Merit payroll system youwill also be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to theexisting team so your organisation and planning skills should be to a highlevel. Additionally you will be involved in conducting pre-screenings ofpotential applicants and following through the relevant compliance paperworkand our strict registration process.
You will needto have a good working knowledge of Excel, an excellent telephone manner and becapable of building and maintaining relationship and delivering excellentcustomer service to clients and temporary staff both over the phone andface-to-face.
This is a fastpaced environment so you must be able to cope under pressure, deal withpotential setbacks and work to tight deadlines.
Our officehours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. In addition to thesebusiness hours we also operate an outside hours service with an "oncall" phone which is shared on a rota basis, so flexibility with workinghours will be required.
