We are looking for an individual with highstandards who has previous experience within the recruitment industry and canlead, manage and develop staff within a fun, hardworking dynamic team.

This branch is already a highly establishedoperation and with your exceptional drive, dedication and sales abilities youwill play a 'key role' in reaching targets through developing business withinactive and prospect clients.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a provenrecruitment sales track record (within an Industrial or Commercial sector), aproven ability to lead a recruitment sales team and be able to provide evidenceof this within your previous roles. You will also be a naturally competitive,motivated individual, with lots of drive, a strong desire to succeed, be astrong communicator and relationship builder.

As there will be a requirement to visit client'ssites for relationship building and business opportunities you will need yourown transport (we will pay for business mileage).
