We’re looking for someone to join our strategy team as a strategy and operations manager – focused on driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and working with our corporate strategy and executive team to ensure the organization is executing against it’s strategic goals.

You will:

• Support prioritization of strategic initiatives across the organization and take an ownership role in tracking and driving progress against those initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders and business teams to drive projects forward and eliminate roadblocks
• Identify opportunities to improve business and decision-making efficiency
• Proactively identify solutions to meet business objectives
• Support annual planning efforts and goal setting across the organization – own the tracking against those goals for major functions
• Develop executive-level presentations to recommend new initiatives and provide periodic status updates to stakeholders and executives
• Guide teams in defining performance indicators linked to overall corporate performance

Essential requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Prior experience running high-visibility projects
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written, and other visual communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive results with senior leadership

Desirable skills & experience:

• Experience in internal corporate strategy organizations, strategy consulting, or a chief of staff role in a high-growth organization
• Industry knowledge in the iPaaS or other high-growth software experience
• Ability to partner with all layers of the organization, from new hires to senior executives
• Ability to reprioritize and quickly change directions while ensuring key deliverables are on track and key deadlines are being met

We are currently a fully-remote company, due to COVID-19, and will remain a remote-friendly company once we can safely return to site. When it’s safe to do so, occasional travel may be required (<15% travel).
