Boomi is looking for an experienced marketing leader to join us as Director, Americas Regional Marketing on the Global Corporate Marketing team.  Reporting to the VP of Global Regional Marketing and partnering closely with Americas Leadership, this is a critical role on a growing team responsible for leading marketing across the Americas region and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. 
We’re looking for a software marketing leader with a keen understanding of the SaaS market, buyer behavior, B2B buyers/buying groups, and nuances of distinct personas. This marketer has a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
● Define and lead the execution of the Americas marketing plans, aligned to the Boomi global marketing strategy
● Manage and mentor a growing team
● Manage budgets to ensure funds are allocated appropriately and to ensure maximum ROMI
● Collaborate closely with regional growth functions (sales leadership, partner & channel, inside sales, pre-sales, professional services) and cross-functional marketing teams in the development and execution of end to end marketing plans including but not restricted to online marketing, PR, customer advocacy, field marketing and partner marketing 
● Partner closely with the global marketing organization, such as the Go-to-Market Director on global campaign design, global analyst relations team, global demand generation, product marketing etc.
● Ensure that all aspects and components of marketing strategy are co-coordinated and executed smoothly in region even if the people owning the activity are based elsewhere in the organization
● Lead collaboration of the Americas marketing team on messaging, content, campaigns, events and design concepts that directly influence marketing performance
● Oversee in-country PR and marketing agencies
● Ensure Voice of the Customer is front and center in all regional marketing activities
● Build and maintain a regional marketing calendar to regularly update key stakeholders on program plans, deliverables and schedules
● Drive the marketing performance management cadence including all relevant reporting
● Lead the localization and regional implementation of global GTM campaigns
● Working with global partner marketing and local partner sales teams, ensure regional partners are integrated into campaigns and GTM
Performance & Success Measures
● Achieve quarterly region targets for marketing sourced and influenced pipeline 
● Quarterly new customer testimonials targets for region
● Quarterly Share of Voice targets for region
● Quality of pipeline creation and conversion to sales opportunity

Requirements
●Typically requires 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
● Proven track record leading marketing teams that drive significant growth and revenue in a high-growth, SaaS business
● Strong leadership and accountability and the gravitas to create buy-in with the regional and global teams
● Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
● Significant knowledge and experience in the Enterprise software or SaaS market. Expected to be fluent with technology and current drivers of SaaS adoption and can hold a conversation on the technology market at the CXO level
● Adept at marketing performance management, driving the performance management cadence and fluent with making the numbers stack and talking the numbers behind marketing driving business development and sales success at the top of the funnel
●    Solid knowledge of Brand, CI and Performance Marketing (SEA, SEO, CRM)
