Principal Accountabilities

• Standing, walking, herding live cattle
• Opening and closing of gates to pens, ensuring they’re properly latched
• Confirm pen number on line-up and USDA inspection approval
• Tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Maintaining a safe working environment for others and live animals

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous animal handling experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bobcat and pen washing experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
