Summary:

The Projects Lead will be responsible for supporting the department projects. This individual will ensure solutions/initiatives are assessed, developed and implemented meeting the business needs and technology standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage department projects (+/-$100K), using detailed project plan to track progress to completion

2. Develop and present favorable NPV on assigned projects

3. Coordinate with internal resources and partners for frictionless execution of projects

4. Deliver all projects on time, in budget and within scope

5. Use appropriate techniques to manage any change to scope, schedule or associated project costs

6. Assist with project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

7. Oversee regulatory and policy guidelines and state specific requirements while ensuring quality assurance through testing and test coordination

8. Provides functional and technical support to the frontline where required

9. Provides monthly executive summary to Director, and facilitates related project partner meetings

10. Work closely with IT and business partners/vendors to coordinate and execute process changes, system upgrades and conversions

Qualifications:

· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Hub or BCU, with experience in project management.

· Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time efficiently in order to meet established deadlines while demonstrating an appreciation for accuracy and service.

· Possess strong communication, problem solving, and process management skills.

· Ability to have a member focus and view the product from the big picture/member experience.

· Ability to work effectively and communicate with management, members, internal/external contacts and vendors.

· Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and BCU.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work well both in groups and independently.

· Ability to escalate appropriately and utilize resources effectively

· Undergraduate degree preferred
