Foundry Project are looking for the best Bartenders to join our team at Edinburgh.

Our Foundry’s are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and we consider ourselves to be specialists at serving ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas using the freshest ingredients. Each site has a unique industrial feel, showcasing our artisan approach to the style of food and drink we serve, the perfect setting for a bustling drinking and dining experience.

As a Bartender in at Foundry Project, you will be the creator of our unique cocktails and know all there is to know about our craft beers. You will have a natural flair behind the bar and always be ready to provide an exceptional but fun experience to our customers.

We’re always genuine and we don’t take ourselves too seriously so we are looking for genuine people with a great personality to be part of our team in Edinburgh. Experience is neccassary as well as a sense of humour and a willingness to work hard, we will teach you the rest… To us, what makes you special is your attitude!

Each new starter will undertake an intense training program and we will be here to help you every step of the way...but you'll get some really exciting perks along your journey too!
