To be considered for this position, we require the following;

• You have a minimum completed MBO education in the direction of Hospitality
• You have at least two years of experience in a similar position
• You have passion for and knowledge of different drinks and cocktails
• You speak Dutch and English fluently, any other language is an advantage
• You are empathetic, a hard worker and you have an eye for detail
• You have knowledge of HACCP

What will you do in this position?

Your main goal as a Grand Bartender is to provide warm and welcoming service and to give all your guests the best evening of their lives. Whether you serve soft drinks or innovative, legendary cocktails, you serve them all with passion and with your biggest, sincere smile.

In addition to the daily tasks such as serving guests, recommending drinks and cleaning the bar, you create legendary experiences. That's why it's important to be able to respond to guests' needs and feelings, even before guests name them. Furthermore, as a Grand Bartender you also have to be able to multitask well, in other words: you can stir a Martini, shake a cocktail and at the same time have a conversation with the guest. You can of course give it your own twist, as long as it is hospitable, genuine and unforgettable.
