Barista for Fast Growing Independent Cafe Group

£10 per hour

About us

We are an independently-owned, high-profile chain of cafes and restaurants in the South East (listed as one of the fastest-growing hospitality businesses in the UK by Restaurant Magazine). We focus on a modern, quality British food and drink experience where product quality, provenance, consistency, and good service are key to our business. Coffee is a very important part of our business.

We are a small, friendly team and look for people with a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit to fit into our independent, fast-growing business. The work is hard but satisfying and we look after the people who help the business to flourish. Having the right attitude is really important to us - caring about your work and your colleagues, being open-minded to new skills and techniques, being curious and creative and being reliable.

Previous barista experience would be helpful but not essential. On-going training is provided.
