Working with some of the world's leading providers of passenger baggage check-in services we are recruiting Baggage Check-in Agents to join the team to work on a temporary basis at Heathrow Airport.

You will assist the team in delivering a seamless luggage transfer operation in and out of the terminal, being proactive in ensuring luggage is in the correct location at the right time, guaranteeing flawless delivery for the customer. You're always prepared to go the extra mile for the customer and fellow staff members.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

* Experience in front facing Hospitality & Customer Service/ Care roles

* 5-year employment/ academic or gap reference history - required for Landside ID

* Computer/IT literate.

* Checking in/out and customer management requires technical proficiency utilising tablet based apps, barcode scanners, the CRM system

* Ability to clearly and articulately communicate in English (speak, read, write) due to the nature of the role

The shifts will be as per the flight schedule from Thursday to Monday, 06:00 am to 4:00 pm - schedules and timings can change subject to the needs of the operation.

These roles are temporary/seasonal positions.
