Job Requirements

High School Education/GED preferred.Advanced mechanical skills (including working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics) and ability to use precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.).Thorough knowledge and understanding of can and end manufacturing process, equipment, and quality specifications.Ability to demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude on all can and end making equipment in the plant, depending on the primary area of responsibility assigned.Demonstrated involvement in safety and knowledge of safety regulations which apply to work functions.Basic knowledge of computer systems, gauges, tools and equipment.Ability to safely operate production forklift.High School Education/GEDTOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE:Competitive salaries with bi-annual plant gainsharing planPaid vacation and holidaysComprehensive healthcare where Crown pays 100% of the cost for employee coverage. 401K with company match, active Pension Plan and Stock Purchase PlanCompany paid life insurance and short-term disability with optional long-term disability
