Key accountabilities and measures

• Working within the business to business (B2B) team to help identify a list of suppliers who are ‘in scope’
• Create a data collection template that meets the raw material requirements set out by the relevant buyer
• Draft communications emails to suppliers / manufacturers and ensure they are sent out and returned within agreed critical paths
• Validate data integrity and collate data into one standardised format
• Develop standard spreadsheet and presentation templates to provide consistency
• Build and maintain the raw material models
• Maintain the agreement calendar

Key Skills

• Advanced Excel skills e.g. pivot tables, formulae, creating modelling tools and data cleansing
• Strong analytical skills particularly with data but also with written submissions
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Utilise and own a wide array of market data sources e.g. Mintec, AHDB, currency
