Job Summary:

The Accredo 340B Product Team is hiring a Product Advisor to support HIV and health system 340B strategy initiatives.  This role will support current and future-state product offerings, collaborating with multiple cross functional departments: sales, marketing, IT partners, data solutions, Accredo Pharmacy, and 340B operational teams.  The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analytics, product management, and the ability to manage product development projects.  

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and advise on strategic product opportunities to ensure competitive growth and advantages across Accredo’s portfolio.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitive environments, and potential business alignments for marketplace expansion.
  • Create, document, and regularly maintain roadmaps of projects and initiatives reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
  • Oversee direction of strategy initiatives and outcomes reporting, and own the development of new product initiatives at all stages of its lifecycle, including ongoing product enhancements.
  • Participate in the development and ideation of strategies to maximize product and brand appeal to target customers for Accredo’s 340B HIV contract pharmacy program.
  • Monitor product performance through regular metrics and reporting, also plan accordingly for future enhancements including budget and resource needs.
  • Work independently to provide regular reporting and data on sales and department performance metrics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for 340B HIV and health system initiatives
  • Work cross functionally and at multiple levels both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex material succinctly and effectively to multiple audiences.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams including interfacing with partners from across the enterprise, to include, marketing, product teams and finance.
  • Build and develop key relationships across the enterprise to help build internal enthusiasm and momentum for project initiatives. 
  • Help guide and influence decisions with proven data and analytics expertise across all levels of the organization.
  • Engage in development opportunities to strengthen skills and competencies.
  • Seek involvement across multiple division initiatives to help with alignment of priorities and avoid duplicative tactical efforts.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives that increase 340B HIV margin growth, discretionary specialty referral uplift, and sales forecasting and reporting support.
  • Represent Accredo/Evernorth at industry events and conferences as required.
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (product management, product development, project management, etc.)
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills. 
  • Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis.
  • Negotiation experience a plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels including leadership through various mediums.
  • Ability to take a complex product and deconstruct it into a concise, impactful message.
  • Ability to present and convey material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of business operations and processes.
  • Comfortable working with complex data sets and queries.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
  • Interest and ability in mentoring other team members as applicable.
  • Strong MS Office, web conferencing and internal communication software experience.  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint users are preferred.
  • Detail oriented and organized.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $82,200 - $137,100, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
