If so, come build the future of technology and join our Marketing Response Center (MRC) team for the German market. This is your opportunity to become a part of a global lead profiling team.

Amazon Web Services is looking for a motivated individual to profile, nurture, and qualify leads generated from marketing events, campaigns, and activities. The individual will identify the customers' technological needs and educate them about the AWS product and service portfolio and its benefits in order to

a) help the customer embark on their journey into the cloud and
b) improve lead quality and sales conversion rates through marketing nurturing efforts.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
· Follow up on AWS leads in the DACH region via phone, email and/or live chat
· Capturing the customer’s need for cloud technology
· Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move their interest from little to active interest
· Work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to achieve campaign and business goals
· Work closely with the AWS partner community to jointly nurture leads and perform activities to identify new business opportunities




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate / Post-graduate Education. Bachelor’s degree.
· 1-5 years years' experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - preferably tech-related
· Proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written
· Effective, clear and confident communicator in-person and via phone
· Ability to understand and listen to customers' technological pain points or requirements and ask clarifying/probing questions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing cloud technologies
· Success record in an outbound or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably technology-related
· Analytical skills with emphasis on hands on experience with Salesforce and Tableau, including the development of dashboards and reports
· Experience with marketing tools, channels (social, email, print, digital and offline) and activities to launch and optimize marketing campaigns
· Technical background in engineering, computer science or MIS
· AWS Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate etc.Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in French
· Ability to juggle multiple projects in a high growth environment with fast-shifting priorities
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
