Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitating product backlog management and iteration planning by providing estimates and advising on Testing approaches
  • Identifying, escalating and contributing to resolve risks, issues and blockages that would impact overall Test progress
  • Delivering high quality software that has been thoroughly tested to customers
  • Actively participating in review of acceptance criteria/requirements (static testing) to identify errors, omissions and areas of ambiguity
  • Providing data to colleagues to enable derivation of testing progress reports and quality metrics
  • Facilitating and participating in all Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, demos, 3 amigos, retrospectives etc
  • Undertaking dynamic testing tasks, preparing UAT test strategies and plans,  creating UAT test scripts, executing UAT test scripts and documenting and reporting outcomes.

    What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to devise and implement automated testing; Selenium, Katalon
  • ISTQB Qualified to Advanced level in one of these categories (Agile technical Tester / Test Analyst / Technical Test analyst.
  • Able to plan, lead, execute UAT testing for sprint releases.
  • Able to communicate to senior stakeholders and articulate risks and issues which may impact testing.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to plan and progress work with minimal direction.
  • Experience as a technical test analyst
  • Experience in leading testing within an agile environment.
  • Experience and working with senior business stakeholders.
