Automation Support Analyst
Job Description:
To work within the Support team to support automation activities for existing live processes
Troubleshoot incidents and alerts across live automations – focusing on Uipath and the Microsoft Power Platform suite
Adherence to Resolution targets across live incidents
Performing precursor work and investigation before fixing the issue or triaging into resolving teams
Liaising with customers around any issues that have arisen
Developing resolutions to bugs and support cases and taking these through the testing and change lifecycle
Supporting RPA and low code/no code solutions on a cloud-based infrastructure
Engage in technical support handover sessions with the wider Automation teams
Create and maintain documentation
Adopt continuous improvement and identify opportunities and enhancements across existing processes
Develop solutions in accordance with Capita’s best practices and ways of working
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions as needed
What we're looking for:
Experience working within a Support team, ideally using RPA or Automation
Experience across key ITIL processes such as Incident, Change and Problem management
Ability to provide good governance and control skills
Experience across automation and supporting end to end business processes using tools such as UiPath and the Microsoft Power Platform suite
Confident to review existing code and make changes to pre-existing solutions
An analytical mind set for solving problems
Great communication skills and stakeholder management
Being aware of the risk and security factors that need to be considered when designing and developing solutions and making changes to solutions
Familiar with the ServiceNow toolset (desirable)
