P&G is currently looking for an Automation Operations Platform Senior Manager in Cincinnati, OH. You would be responsible to lead delivery of warehouse operations targets for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship of one of multiple Distribution Centers/Warehouses, by ensuring that they have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Physical Sciences (Physics, Chemistry etc), Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management).

• 5+ years of experience in automation, warehousing, operations, or logistics

• Ability to problem solve, make clear choices, influence others, and take smart risk

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills. 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.

• A desire to work with a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing/distribution environment

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

• Willing to travel on the job occasionally
