What You’ll Do:

Each workday, you’ll be surrounded by colleagues and leaders who give you the respect and autonomy you deserve. On any given day, you may be asked to:

· Inspect repaired and primed auto panels for proper body repairs and primer application.

· Mask and protect any adjacent panels from scratches or damage before final sanding.

· Prepare properly repaired and primed panels using abrasives, power tools and hand tools.

· Avoid over-sanding or under-sanding refinish panels.

· Clean and remove all dust and other particles from the repair/refinish panels.

· Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor.

Who You Are:

You’ve got a keen eye for detail, and no imperfection is safe from your watchful eye. Requirements include:

Minimum

· The ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.

Preferred

· Valid Annual Respirator Fit Test documentation.

· Valid HAPS Paint Training Certification.

· A high school diploma or equivalent.

· 1 year of body shop and/or prepping experience.
