The Role

As a Senior/Manager Audit Analyst serving the Asset Management, Fidelity Fund Investment Operations, and Fidelity Digital Assets businesses, you will:

Leverage your Financial Services expertise to provide independent and objective audit and advisory services that enhance Fidelity’s business performance, manage risk, and ultimately improve overall customer service

Be part of a dynamic group tasked with developing innovative ways to execute risk-based and/or data-driven audit projects

Partner with management to facilitate the identification and resolution of risk and audit issues

Leverage data analytics and audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systems

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study

Professional audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and/or registration/licensing preferred

3-7 years of external and internal audit or audit-related experience, preferably Financial Services.

Experience with investment management and analysis areas such as alternative products (e.g., partnerships, private placements), derivatives, quantitative modeling, and credit and lending markets is a plus

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Standout colleague who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goals

Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload

Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge in IT General Controls is preferred

In-depth knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts, and trends

Hands-on work style and “can do” attitude with a strong desire to make things happen

The Value You Deliver

The Senior Audit Analyst will be responsible for performing business and/or integrated audits in support of Fidelity’s businesses. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and working with a hard-working project team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Works with middle to senior management within a business or function to facilitate the identification and resolution of risk issues

Escalates significant audit issues identified and proposes viable solutions and alternatives

Coordinates Audit activities to ensure identified risks are properly addressed

Prepares draft audit reports and provides recommendations to resolve issues

Presents findings to business leaders and senior management

Builds deep working relationships with appropriate contacts in client organizations.
