Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing an in-house compliance service that effectively supports business areas in their duty to comply with relevant policies, regulations and laws
  • Auditing Work in Progress (WIP) files within SLA
  • Monitor and ensure the Compliance Policy is adhered to at all times
  • Resolve Compliance difficulties as they occur
  • Convey non-compliances in a professional, confident and diplomatic manner without prejudice or blame
  • Ensure all Data Protection requirements are adhered to in order to identify and manage risk to the company
  • Follow and maintain business Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and correct process and audit procedures for client requirements to highlight and mitigate risk
