Responsibilities
Attractions:
- Enforce policies, ride restrictions to include measuring children at height station
- Ensure safety of ride operation to include verifying that safety restraints and belts are correctly secured before the ride is set into motion
- Provide safety and ride information spiels on a microphone
- Take ownership during emergencies situations
- Prolonged standing and walking to multiple areas of the ride track to include including climbing several flights of stairs in outdoor settings during different weather conditions
- Engage with Guest by address needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
- Record hourly ride capacity and cycles
Merchandise:
- Engage with Guest addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
- Prolonged standing to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in outdoor settings during different weather conditions
- Take ownership during emergencies situations
- Process Guest orders a through a point-of-sale system (POS register), including; count money, making change, and processing credit card transactions
- Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
- Receive inventory to include unboxing, tagging, and displaying items on various sales floor locations
- Use a pallet jack, forklift, or other devices to move inventory
- Rotation between indoor & outdoor kiosk locations in different weather conditions
Custodial:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Cast Members will handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and Guest corridors
- Work in outdoor settings during various weather conditions
- Operate a SmartPhone device to access assignments and submit work orders
- Take ownership during emergencies situations
- Engage with Guest by address needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
- Prolonged standing to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in outdoor settings during different weather conditions
Quick Service Foods:
- Process Guest orders through a point-of-sale system (POS register), count money, make change, and process credit card transactions
- Food preparation & assembly of food products including but not limited to beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, and dairy products
- Explain menu offerings to Guest and answer questions about the food products
- Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions
- Prolonged standing to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in outdoor settings during different weather conditions
Food and Beverage Cast Member:
- Engage with Guests by recognizes and greeting arriving guest, addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and other information
- Guide guests to their assigned table, deliver and present menus
- Explain menu offerings to Guest and answer questions about the food products
- Operate a dining system software on a handheld device or computer to access seating chart to help quote wait times to Guest and maintain the wait list
- Control the flow of business by practicing rotation seating, anticipating table
- Process Guest orders through a point-of-sale system (POS register), count money, make change, and process credit card transactions
- Bussing tables, running food, folding napkins, collecting in-room dining trays from hallways and other side tasks
- Food preparation and assembly of food products including but not limited to beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy products and working around alcohol
- Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members.
- Prolonged standing, speaking to large crowds during peak operational hours in different weather conditions
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Written and interpersonal communications skills
- Physical roles requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Observational skills to identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
- Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays.
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
- Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Working at various heights may be required for some roles
- Cash handling experience
- Custodial requires a valid Driver's License

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
