Job Responsibilities
- Overall Security monitoring of the facility.
- Ensure that all security staff are made aware of this security policy and fully understand its content and their responsibilities.
- To monitor entering the vehicle or employee into the gate.
- Unannounced check of the activities of security guard.
- Ensure action is taken when any unidentified personnel are in the facility.
- Monitor after visitor, supplier & service provider entry, exit & screening procedure.
- Escort with VIPs, Government Officials if necessary.
- Disburse responsibility among subordinates.
- Monitor the overall physical security.
- Regularly inspect throughout the facility for identifying potential issues.
- Impart lockdown during emergency.
- Ensure overall security activities 7 - Point inspection using a documented checklist.
- Monitor and limit access to critical operational areas of the facility, such as warehouse packing, final packing or packaging, shipping and receiving, container loading & unloading.
- Ensure loading & Storing container or trailer closed and secure with a security seal.
- Ensuring presence of security guards into handling, loading unloading, finished goods store and other restricted areas.
- Ensure sufficient lighting at cargo handling and storage area to detect movement during periods of darkness.
- Act as per instruction of GM-HAC during security emergencies and consult with Management Representative.
- Inform the employees about emergency via PA system.
- Impart lock down as & when required.
- Associate with police/ FSCD/ other authority as required.
- Take necessary steps in association with MR and GM-HAC for minimizing the impact to the least.
- Operate the security department and their activities and provide direct instruction as per emergency guideline.
- Communicate & cooperate with MR and GM-HAC when necessary.
- Report suspicious activity or a security incident to Management Representative and GM HAC.
- Keep communication with the Management Representative DGM/GM of HR & Admin daily basis and report/discuss security related issues as required.
- Any other task instructed by the DGM/GM of HR & Admin that related to the security issue.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Any Discipline
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Preferred Retired Army Officer
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 02 years' experience as Asst. Manager- Security in any reputed organization.
- Candidate should be retired defense personnel (Army).
- Candidate's Height must be 5 ft.10 inches or above.
- The Candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must Have Strong Leadership Skill.
