The ideal candidate:

• Previous Tele Marketing experience would be an added advantage. 
• Great communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be added advantage) 
• Successful completion of GCE O/L with a 'pass' in Mathematics and English 
• Aged between 18 and 30 
• Basic IT knowledge and keen to learn new technology with ability to multitask 
• Good telephone manner and voice quality 
• Good team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude 
• Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational basis to support 24*7 operations 
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays 
• Previous experience in call centre environment or a customer service role a plus 
• Travelling distance should be within a 25km radius of the address given below
